		<description>Hi David, there isn&#039;t an option on the Flip to capture a few frames in a burst then pause (timelapse)

The above video however is a continuous shot and then sped up in the software. Most packages have and adjust speed option.

Another way is to do the continuous shot then in then chop out frames from the timeline every very few seconds at regular intervals and then shift the remaining footage together to give it a staccato timelapse effect. This will take some time at your PC!
